Implementing an Integrated Approach for Chronic Pain Care

Hosted by El Rio Health in collaboration with the Whole Health in the State Initiative. Health system administrators, health center partners, payors, implementation experts, local and national advocates, and clinical leaders will discuss the challenges and paths forward to increasing access to an integrated, whole-person approach to chronic pain care.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss how integrated care applies to chronic pain management;
  2. Describe successful models of integrated chronic pain care in an FQHC setting;
  3. Identify opportunities to expand cost-effective alternatives to chronic pain management.
